SaaS, from someone who runs one
I built Helm alone and run it for 10+ paying businesses, so I know what a SaaS needs after launch: billing, tenants, support and everything that breaks at the worst time.

What you get
Multi-tenant from the start
Each customer's data kept apart properly, because adding that later is one of the most expensive mistakes in SaaS.
Billing that works
Plans, trials, add-ons and failed payments, in the currencies your customers pay in.
A first version people can use
The smallest product real customers will pay for, in front of them quickly, then built up from what they ask for.
Security and operations
Isolation, rate limits, backups and monitoring, from someone who has had to run all of them for real.
How it works
- 1
Your brief
Tell me what you need, in plain words.
- 2
A fixed quote
A price and a date in writing, within 24 hours.
- 3
The build
I build it, and you see progress as it comes together.
- 4
Launch
It goes live, with a period of bug fixes after.
Work to look at

Helm→
The software a small business runs on: its website, bookings, customers, loyalty and courses in one dashboard, on its own domain, with no developer needed.

Bifröst→
My own team of AI coding agents. The first version stalled, so I rebuilt it from scratch around exactly what went wrong.

Gossima→
You play, it keeps score. Mount a spare phone on the back glass, call the points by voice, and leave with your highlights already cut.
Questions
Have you built a SaaS before?
Yes. Helm is my own: 23 modules, 10+ paying businesses, billing in four currencies, and I built and run all of it.
Can you build just the first version?
Yes, and I'd usually recommend it. Helm's first version took about two months and went straight to a real client.
Will you keep working on it after launch?
If you'd like. Ongoing work is agreed separately, and otherwise the code is yours to take anywhere.
Have a project in mind?
Tell me what you want built, and you'll get a fixed price and a date back within 24 hours.
