Bifröst

Overview

Bifröst runs a team of AI coding agents on my own server, on real production work. The first version taught me what breaks: agents nobody could really see into, messages that vanished, and jobs that sat where nothing would ever move them. I stopped it, measured what had gone wrong, and rebuilt it in phases, each one tested first and proven live before the next began.
