- Built and shipped Helm alone: the software small businesses run on, with their website, bookings, orders and customers in one dashboard on their own domain.
- Sole designer and engineer across a TypeScript monorepo: API, client dashboard, admin panel, AI site builder, marketing site, docs, status page and changelog.
- Hardened production myself: untrusted client sites isolated on a separate domain, sandboxed client builds, Cloudflare-only firewall rules and Redis rate limiting.
- Own the commercial side too, from the first client in April 2026 to 10+ paying clients, with subscriptions in four currencies.
