Helm
The software a small business runs on: its website, bookings, customers, loyalty and courses in one dashboard, on its own domain, with no developer needed.

Overview
Helm started in freelance work, not a business plan. I was building websites for small businesses, and the same question followed every handover: how does the owner change anything? A new price, a different photo, new opening hours: all of it came back to me, and none of it needed a developer. So I built what should have existed already. The first version took about two months and went straight in front of a real client, and it has grown the same way since, because every module exists because a business asked for it. Today there are 23, and each dashboard shows only the ones that business uses. The site can come from anywhere: one the business already has, one made with Helm AI, one I build, or one from a partner. Whichever way it arrives, it runs on the same dashboard, hosted and supported on infrastructure I operate myself, in English and Arabic.
What it does
Edit everything
Change any word, photo or price, check what changed, then go live. Every version is kept, so a mistake is one click from undone.
Bookings, shop and one customer record
A booking, an order and a loyalty stamp all land on the same person, so there's nothing to connect or sync.
Loyalty, courses and coaching
Stamp cards, memberships, courses, coaching, PT sessions and quizzes, switched on only where a business needs them.
Helm AI
Describe a business and get a complete website in minutes, then run it from the same dashboard.
Analytics, SEO and audits
Visitors, sources and pages with no third-party script, plus search previews and website audits.
Arabic throughout
The whole dashboard runs right-to-left in Arabic, with layout, dates and numbers included, and customer emails can arrive in Arabic too.
