Overview
Pulse records on-chain activity, studies what it records, and trades only the strategies that passed their gates, inside hard limits. Every idea is written down before it's tested, and every limit lives in versioned settings, never in code. Agents research and build, but they never hold keys or place orders, and it never crosses its own lines: no wash volume, no bundled buys, no coordinated pumps. It's in its offline study phase, and if no hypothesis beats random entries after fees, it stops there.
